Each year The Collective get together in a retreat to connect, share stories and have a good ol’ fashioned knees’ up. In 2020 we couldn’t meet up in person, so we created Reconnect - a virtual retreat with its own identity taking place over 2 days. We had everything from strategy workshops & exec Q&A’s to a virtual escape room.
